I get him as well he is tired too, you need to speak up and communicate to him what you are expierencing. Same girl, I told my husband time after time just cause your work don’t mean you can’t help out around the house/with kids or cater to my needs. Being around screaming kids who just dirty up right behind you as your trying can be very overwhelming. He needs to encourage you because you are clearly going through something mentally and he’s not nourishing you so you can nourish him & the kids in return
