u didnt loctite where the valve screws on so there can it leak and fluid loctite wont seal unless u let it dry (netherlands)

Pressure valve for water is blue or grey 8 bar, minimum. That one is for the CV circuit. Probably 3 bar.

primero, usas incorrectamente la herramienta y segundo y mas importante nunca hay que conducir una valvula de seguridad sin que coja aire, pues puede abrirse por sifón.
