Sizzling Gola Kabab Juicy, smoky and full of flavor these sizzling Gola Kababs are a showstopper! Whether it’s a family dinner or a party with friends this easy recipe will have everyone asking for more. ✨Ingredients •750g Beef mince (double minced with 20% fat) Chicken,beef or mutton  your choice •2 Fried onions (golden brown and crushed) •1 Bread slice •3tbsp Yogurt (strained or Greek) •1tbsp Papaya powder or kachri powder (natural meat tenderizer) •3-4 tbspGreen chilies (adjust based on desired spice level) •5-6 Garlic cloves •1 small Ginger(about 2 inch) •Handful of Coriander leaves  •Few Mint leaves  •1 1/2tsp Red chili powder  •1 1/2tsp Coriander powder  •1 1/2tsp Cumin powder  •1 tsp Garam masala powder  •1/2tsp Black pepper powder •1tbsp Lemon juice  •Salt to taste •1tsp Dried Ginger powder (saunth) •1tsp Chili flakes •1tsp Chat Masala •2tbsp roasted Gram Flour (Basan) •Coal for smoke infusion (optional) •1 large Onion (cut into thick rings) •1tbsp Oil for sizzler plate •Lemon wedges for garnish •Chaat masala optional, for final sprinkle Step 1  In a blender, add everything except beef mince yogurt and roasted besan Blend into a smooth paste. Step 2 In a bowl mix the paste with mince yogurt and besan. Mix well by hand until sticky. Step 3 For a smoky flavor place a hot coal in the center add oil cover and let smoke for 3–5 mins. Step 4 Cover and marinate in the fridge for 6–24 hours. Step 5 Shape into oval gola kababs (around 50g each makes approximately 22) Pan fry on medium heat until golden and cooked through. Step 6 Heat a sizzler plate or heavy pan. Add oil and sauté onion rings. Place the hot kababs on top. Garnish with lemon wedges and chaat masala. Serve with green chutney,naan ,roti or tortilla wraps. ✨Do try it out and let me know!
