todo depende de la tela de la camisa, no? tengo dos pantalones, sé que los lavo juntos, unos se seca en unas 3 horas y el otro que es de algodón se seca de un dia para otro 🤷‍♂️

You forgot to take into account the material and thickness of the uniform. With this, you should have a more accurate estimate of its absorption relative to the splashed area.

High cholesterol is often blamed on eating saturated fat or dietary cholesterol, but the real story is more complex. Cholesterol is actually a vital substance your body makes for healing, hormone production, and cell stability. In fact, when cholesterol is elevated, it often means the body is trying to protect itself Dr. Broda Barnes, a pioneer in thyroid research, spent decades showing that low thyroid function was one of the strongest predictors of heart disease, far more than cholesterol levels alone. When thyroid hormones are low cholesterol clearance slows. Without enough thyroid hormone (especially the active form, T3), the liver can’t efficiently convert cholesterol into bile acids or steroid hormones, and cholesterol starts to accumulate in the bloodstream. Hormones like progesterone, testosterone, cortisol, and vitamin D are literally made from cholesterol. It needs nutrients to be used correctly. For instance, vitamin C is essential for converting cholesterol into bile acids, as well as for repairing blood vessels so that cholesterol isn’t needed as a patch. Vitamin E protects cholesterol from oxidation, which is what turns it into a threat for artery damage. B vitamins help power the liver and thyroid, and vitamin D, made from cholesterol in the skin, helps regulate inflammation and calcium balance. If you’re deficient in these nutrients, or overloaded with PUFAs (polyunsaturated fats from seed oils that suppress thyroid function and increase oxidative stress), your cholesterol may rise. Because the liver can synthesize its own cholesterol, restricting fat doesn’t always lower levels. This is why even people on low-fat, low-cholesterol diets can still have elevated blood cholesterol. It’s usually a pattern of low thyroid activity, chronic stress, nutrient deficiencies, PUFA consumption, sluggish bile flow, and lack of sunlight that increase levels. When we correct these root issues, cholesterol often normalizes on its own, because the body no longer needs to raise it as a backup defense. In many ways, cholesterol is not a problem, it’s a witness to the problem.
