How am I keeping children safe by verifying my age??? Me using the "verification service" is not gonna stop a kid from using a video game character to bypass it. This government is full of idiocy and a lack of any sort of understanding of the things they are trying to control.

Of course they won’t lol they earn money either way this goes. If you use a verification service it is sharing your information to private companies. If you don’t, they will absolutely have shares in vpn now that they can earn money for it.

If they ban VPNs, it’s not going to stop people from using it. The UK will just be a less safe, more expensive version of China. Living in China at the moment, at least I have human rights that aren’t being stripped away because someone doesn’t like me.

"each time you use a verification system you're keeping the CHILDREN safe" yeah but its not keeping US safe from the possible data breaches that come with us putting our data on some verification system that we don't know of, they need to think of how dangerous that would be if most uk adults ID's got leaked due to this

“Protecting children”???. Kids having nothing to watch online means they are more likely to start doing those things in real life instead of just watching it alone. Plus its not just that. I tried to look at a reddit post for a medical reason and got blocked by the age verification, even tho it wasnt even NSFW. Either they narrow it down or remove it

We don't want to be censored! Also the verification process is very flawed especially the facial scan you can use an adult video game character and it will pass the check meaning under 18s can easily by pass it.
