So many people are making the false claim that you need more drawings and more frames in order for an animation to be “high-quality”, when in reality a lot of of the top rated anime have very powerful moments where the characters are not even moving. Yes, it would be nice if everything was fluidly, animated, but that is just not feasible in today’s industry, and honestly having everything being a super floaty and smooth aesthetic nowadays is often being mistaken as AI-generated video, unfortunately. In the end, it’s always important to support the anime industry and the animators that make the shows that we love and support today. This is one of the reasons why I love teaching about the anime industry, because my hope is that it inspires more people to become animators and create shows that they love. #mydressupdarling #anime #animation #kitagawamarin #marinkitagawa
