I went to Joann fabrics and bought round elastic. I replaced the strings in my pants with it and tied them off. It was like duty sweatpants for the rest of my career. They never come out or off and wash and wear that way.

That’s definitely one way to do it. Can’t believe I didn’t think of that when I was on. Used to blouse mine by folding them into the socks I worn. Not sure how else to explain it 😆
