It’s definitely my biggest insecurity, I had to have open abdominal surgery and a stoma 4 years after becoming quad and now have a watermelon size hernia, they told me I would get a large hernia being quad as soon as I had to had surgery but I guess I didn’t realise it would be like this. You always look incredible but more importantly you seem like such a lovely, kind, caring, joy giving, hopeful person and that will always make you beautiful. We can’t completely control our bodies and I know it’s so hard I guess we learn to appreciate that they are still pretty awesome to keep us alive 💗

my biggest insecurity and hatred of my body is my para belly. plus i naturally store fat a lot at the front of my stomach not the side or like my legs- so it makes it worse. i hate it. i dont know how to accept it.
