Lemon lovers, this one's for you 🍋❤️ 👉INGREDIENTS: 📌For the lemon curd 4 large eggs 2 additional large yolks 200g of sugar Juice of 2 lemons 140g of butter   📌For the mascarpone mousse 7 egg yolks 140g of granulated sugar 500g of mascarpone 500g of cream. 250g of limoncello and around 12 large Sardinian ladyfingers (savoiardi sardi).   👉METHOD 1. Start by making the lemon curd. In a small saucepan, combine the lemon juice, grated lemon zest, sugar, and eggs. Cook for a few minutes over gentle heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens into a smooth cream. 2. Quickly strain the curd into a cold container, then gradually add the diced butter while it's still warm. Cover the surface with plastic wrap and place it in the fridge to chill. 3. Meanwhile, prepare the mascarpone mousse. In a bowl, mix the egg yolks with the sugar using a whisk. Pasteurize the mixture by heating it to 80°C (176°F), then whip it until it becomes light and airy. 4. Gently fold in the mascarpone, followed by the semi-whipped cream, using upward strokes to keep the mixture soft and fluffy. 5. Dip the ladyfingers briefly in limoncello and place a first layer in your serving dish. Add a layer of the mascarpone mousse on top, and continue alternating layers. 6. Finish by spreading the chilled lemon curd over the surface of the dessert, and top it all off with some freshly grated lemon zest to enhance the flavor.
