Rent till you prove the business model instead of overcommitting with a huge purchase. Prove people LOVE your product by going to farmers markets. If it’s 12 and there isn’t a line your product and/or display needs improvement. If you get an amazing reputation, that’s when I would finally branch to a physical location.
