If blackstone employees want to be viewed as human and regarded with empathy, perhaps they should choose to run their business with the same moral high ground and people would not be celebrating a death. You can choose to not work for a company that is destroying everyday lives. Sometimes when taking blood money, you have to face the fact that it may be your own blood on your hands one day
