I had the same problem with AT&T, and I switched to Verizon, so far so good, but I think all of the carriers will give you a problem sooner or later

🔥🔥🔥 Dur to many reasons we moved 5 phones from Verizon on January of this year. AT&T was the next option and they are better, not the best, and got brand new iPhones. We are paying less :-). Like you, we had a lot of problems with Verizon’s customer service and they were from a US site :-(

Optimum is exactly the same. I gave up on the issue I have had since I switched to them from Verizon. Its a minor annoyance cuz I get a message many times a day saying that my Sim card is not from Verizon. You don't say? THATS BECAUSE I AM NOT WITH VERIZON!!! AHHHHHH! Sorry, I am triggered 😂😂😂
