I have a serious question I have the same skillet as you I always heat mine in the oven til it’s smoking before pouring my cornbread in and it’s never crunchy in the bottom and I pour it out as soon as it’s done plz tell me what I’m doing wrong I was the crunchy bottom bread my grandmama made and can’t do it to save my life but it’s taste phenomenal
