I was once so relaxed after a massage i got into a random persons car who parked and was getting out to get a massage. I even moved all his stuff in backseat. He said he’ll take me home, which was 1 mile away but then my uber pulled up, this wasn’t Chicago though. Barrington

Why are people not making sure that the car & license plate match what's in the app? I had a Lyft driver pull up. He looked like the photo but the car & out of state plates didn't match. I shook my head no & pointed to the phone app & he drove off.

This has been happening for years! In 2015 there was a man who was telling people at the megabus stop that he was an uber/lyft driver. Real sus! I was really young and almost got in, luckily my discernment kicked in and I found an alternate ride.

I'm a driver out there. Check the license plate, ask them who they are picking up, ride with friends. I've seen drunk women just randomly get in cars. I even yelled "dont get in that car lady, I dont see any tags!" she got in anyway.
