After years of my therapist hearing me spin in circles trying to be better and figure out why my marriage wasn’t working she was like “It’s literally your husband, he’s causing these problems on purpose.” She was exasperated that I was internalizing it and not seeing where the problem actually was. Anyway he’s my ex now.

this just reminded me of how i emailed my former therapist when me and my ex started dating cause he was also her client once and i thought it was a fun thing to tell her cause of the coincidence and i wonder what she mustve thought about it cause he really wasnt a good fit for me and i just know she wasnt stoked about it
