We won't do anything (cheating and influencing the ref) to win, what Rassie did by calling out the ref's, which we as South African Rugby is to play as close to the law as possible not in the grey in the law...we ain't McCaw. I digress, this whole rant is that SA rugby as a whole tries to play by the law and if the ref's doesn't know or aren't equipped to ref us that pisses us off. ie: Pairdi

“Win at all costs” or “7/1 splits” or “innovative tactics” or “ the bomb squad” or “un-sportsman like behaviour” or “not aligned to the nature of the sport” blah blah and many more excuses to come from world rugby that just can’t excuse or accept a 3rd world country humiliating opposition constantly.

Absolutely correct. rassie is doing things never done by coaches before. he is a military tactician. he's changing the game in real time and people are getting angry because they didn't think about yhose tactics before. he's always been like this even when coaching provincial sides.

I tend to agree. Lots of great points. Also with subs they would time them to slow the game down making fatigue less of a factor negatively affecting fitter teams taking away their advantages. He is a very smart coach. Although his win percentage doesn’t support any GOAT talk winning the two big ones in a row is quite superb

I’m really curious to understand what is the description of “cold blooded”? Almost like it’s a crime Someone was just smart enough to be able to find weaknesses, whether it is with opponents or in the rules of the game and use that to the advantage.

being a staunch All Black.... im happy that Sth Africa are dominating rugby for now.... because it's up to the other teams to find a way to win.... and if they can't then that's not Sth Africa's fault... that's world rugby fault.... they are just playing to there strengths and good for them

Springboks has only used the 7-1 slit like 3 times in the last 6 years but people are going on like we use it every game.. We do use the 6-2 slit almost always but this year sofar we have used the 5-3 slit the most
