The only thing wrong is that the ref has to whistle before play starts, everything after that is legal.

thats not how the restart is supposed to work ... the ref cant whistle the restart until the goalie is in place 🤔🤔🤔

Law 8 is very clear on re-starts. 1 all players must be on there own half ( they were ) 2 all players must 9 yards away and out tif the center circle ( they were) 3 the ball must be stopped on the center circle ( it was ) you can score a goal with a direct kick( they did ) the only thing missing is did the ref blow his whistle for the re start ( if he did it’s a goal )

That’s not how a kickoff after a goal works. The referee needs to make sure that all players are back over there half and ready to play.

FIFA has sent out memos before that refs shouldn’t allow the restart in these cases saying it’s against the spirit of the laws
