Diaper bags are great! They even have ones with pull out changing pad you can use for a more sterile environment. And most diaper bags have insulated pockets for temperature controlled meds.

I have a tactical backpack 🎒. Tons of room and packets. I put my meds in clear toiletry zip up bags that way I can take them in and out for appointments. Plenty of snacks, odds and ends for traveling, chargers etc.. I’m always on the go so it works for me.
