The Savannah test was patterned after Charleston and the 264 question exam cost $50.00. Yes, background check, DOT physical if you drive a trolley or larger. The test did not take the time she claims. History, architecture, people basic questions and squares, how they were laid out and why. I'm pro test. The old school did it for years.

I mean I understand make them do a background check but why do you need a blood and urine sample. Also the test is a needless burden. I live in NC and the require a license to work at a dealership. BTW there is no test just a background check.
