@metrouk: The gunman who killed four people at a New York office block was targeting the NFL headquarters but took the wrong elevator by mistake, law enforcement has revealed. Mayor Eric Adams said 27-year-old Shane Devon Tamura had a note on him which ‘alluded to that he felt he had CTE, a known brain injury for those who participate in contact sports’. ‘He appeared to have blamed the NFL for his injury,’ Mr Adams told CBS ‘This Morning’ in an interview.
