stop fear mongering in the comments, I'm a very spiritual person and I have severe OCD. An average person has about 6000 thoughts a day and most of them are just passing. intrusive thoughts are just thoughts, they're not manifesting anything unless you intent for them to. Example, my dad has severe paranoia about cops, like SEVERE. He has never been arrested before, or even been sent to court. You guys are FINE.

See, TRUE spirituality invokes groundness and presentness and reassurance that everything IS okay no matter what you percieve the circumstances to be (so on and so forth). The whole spirituality TREND that started taking off some time ago invokes superstition, fear mongering, the overuse of material items (like crystals, pendulums, cards, etc.) and basically "you have to do things this way or you'll have bad luck for the rest of your life" type of shit. Don't let the trends make you think negatively of what it ACTUALLY means to be spiritual 🌸

I swear spirituality has got to be some form of romanticized psychosis, or at least the kind that I’ve seen. Like that whole manifestation thing. Like obviously if you work towards a goal and believe you can do it it’s more likely to happen??? And it’s especially bad when I see people claiming that psychosis is just you being on a higher level of awareness or spiritual plane. Like no bro. 😭
