Goats milk is excellent for women balancing hormones. I’ve just started on it. Tastes like cows milk but smells like feta cheese. It’s unusual but I’m giving it a try lol

Seriously consider HRT. It has so many benefits, reduces risk of strokes and heart attacks. Reduces bone and muscle loss. Recent research also shows the benefits to our mental health too.

It takes a long time for the hormones to calm down and go away it takes like 10-15 yrs and mine was done with surgery I still have one every now and again and I’m 68 and I was 35
