I have autoimmune hemolytic anemia. Immune system blows up RBCs basically and all RBC waste has to be processed by liver (harder on body in this regards too). signs: high LDH, high bilirubin, low hemoglobin, presence of reticulocytes/nucleated RBC (immature rbcs), positive coombs test. Shortness of breath, palor, yellow skin/eyes, extremely tired. since this anemia hits hard and quick, your body has less time to adapt and symptoms are worst. Be very diligent with blood test/monitorint symptoms if you have this one. 🙏 sending love.
