homemade cheesy garlic bread rolls🤎 recipe: dough: 1 cup warm water (240g) 1 packet of yeast (7g) 2 tbsp sugar (25g) 1/4 cup melted butter (57g)ygarlic rolls 1 egg (room temp) 3 cups of flour ( or keep adding until it’s no longer sticky) 1/2 tsp garlic powder (1.6g) 1/2 tsp oregano, basil, & parsley (0.5g) 1/4 tsp onion powder (0.6g) 1 tsp salt (6g) activate the yeast in warm water with sugar and let it sit until foamy. mix in the butter, egg, and seasonings. Add flour gradually and knead until smooth. cover, & let the dough rise until doubled. ( about 1 hr ) filling: 1/2 cup butter (room temp) (113g) 8-10 garlic cloves, minced (24-30g) 1 tsp fresh parsley (1g) 1/4 tsp basil & oregano (0.3g) mix the filling ingredients in a bowl. roll out the dough into a rectangle, spread the filling evenly, then roll it up and slice. place slices in a baking dish and let rise again for about 15 minutes.
