والصدقة ترفع صاحبها، حتى توصله أعلى المنازل، قال صلى الله عليه وسلم: (إنما الدنيا لأربعة نفر: عبد رزقه الله مالا وعلما فهو يتقي فيه ربه، ويصل فيه رحمه، ويعلم لله فيه حقا فهذا بأفضل المنازل) رواه الترمذي. وهي تدفع عن صاحبها المصائب والبلايا، وتنجيه من الكروب والشدائد، قال صلى الله عليه وسلم: (صنائع المعروف تقي مصارع السوء والآفات والهلكات، وأهل المعروف في الدنيا هم أهل المعروف في الآخرة) رواه الحاكم وصححه الألباني. وجاء في السنة عظم أجر الصدقة، ومضاعفة ثوابها، قال صلى الله عليه وسلم: (ما تصدق أحد بصدقة من طيب -ولا يقبل الله إلا الطيب- إلا أخذها الرحمن بيمينه، وإن كان تمرة، فتربو في كف الرحمن حتى تكون أعظم من الجبل، كما يربي أحدكم فلوه أو فصيله) رواه مسلم. والصدقة تطفئ الخطايا، وتكفر الذنوب والسيئات، قال صلى الله عليه وسلم لمعاذ رضي الله عنه: (والصدقة تطفئ الخطيئة كما يطفئ الماء النار) رواه الترمذي. وهي من أعظم أسباب بركة المال، وزيادة الرزق، وإخلاف الله على صاحبها بما هو أحسن، قال الله جل وعلا في الحديث القدسي: (يا ابن آدم! أنفق أنفق عليك)
