This NCO blocked Me, but she acts as if People like us (Soldiers with Dependents) don't pick up the weight and slack as well, probably MORE SO than she thinks. I've deployed 7x times. That SGT know she is going to need help from somebody who got dependents. She need to be mad at her 1SG, not Us. 💯

That’s good babes, I love that for you. You can manage your personal and work life however not all your peers are like you. I also didn’t say “I hated ppl with kids” I said I strongly dislike working with ppl who have dependents bc yall genuinely do put your kids/spouse before the job, rightfully so, however the slack gets picked up behind those that don’t finish the job and it mostly falls on the ppl without dependents and junior enlisted barracks soldiers bc most of them feel we have “no life” with the absence of dependents. Continue to be an example your peers can follow SSG. 🫶🏾
