Ingredients •180g (3/4 cup) sweet potato, steamed and mashed (weight after steaming) •1/2 ripe avocado (50g or about 1/4 cup), mashed •200g (1 1/2 cups) self-raising flour •30g (2 tbsp) unsalted butter or dairy-free butter, melted Method 1.Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F. 2.In a large bowl,combine the steamed sweet potato and mashed avocado until smooth. 3.Add the melted butter and self-raising flour,mixing by hand to form a dough. 4.Roll out the dough on a floured surface or on baking paper to about 1/2 centimeter thickness.Cut out shapes with a cookie cutter. 5.Place the biscuits on baking paper on a baking tray and bake for 10 minutes,checking frequently to prevent overcooking. 6.Let cool,then serve!
