The UK bears major responsibility for what’s happening in Gaza today. In 1917, it promised Palestine to the Zionists (Balfour Declaration) without asking the Arabs who lived there. For 30 years, Britain ruled the land, encouraged Jewish immigration, crushed Arab revolts, and failed to create peace. In 1948, it left behind chaos. The result? A conflict still burning today. The very least the UK can do now is officially recognize the State of Palestine to start repairing the damage it caused. 🇵🇸❤️🇫 🇷 🇪 🇪 🇵🇸 🇵 🇦 🇱 🇪 🇸 🇹 🇮 🇳 🇪 🇵🇸
