as a medic, this is wrong.. I've attended to patients brought in by drunken mate( we're drinking together and then 1 of them collapses and they rush to the hospital) even in most cases they usually don't know each other... I also attended to a physically and sexually assaulted person brought in unconscious by well wishers- imagine kama hangeletwa... this is not right.
