I used to live above a Whole Foods in Seattle when my daughter was starting solids. I would get $1.72 worth of items at the salad bar a couple times a day and now she has a great palate and is a great eater!

I used to do this with my now-13 year old, we’d just go make a meal out of the salad bar-and now she’s got a palate that rivals rich people who can afford to shop at Whole Foods. She loves everything!! So, keep doing this!! It’s such a great idea!
