@bregachne_: 1 year later 🥹 keep going mama! 3 Things working out did for me during and after pregnancy ⬇️⬇️ & how I “FIND” the time & yes just 30 minutes a day 🎉 🎉 so finding the time is really just creating it because I believe everyone can manage 2% of their day 1️⃣ kept me SANE: the mental benefits to resistance training, having something solely for me and my time not to mention the cortisol reducer, confidence and enhanced cognitive function it brought (especially when pregnancy brain is such a real thing) 2️⃣ the PHYSIQUE: despite contrary beliefs resistance training won’t make us big bulky and turn into the hulk! It’s actually what creates a strong, toned, lean look and mama there is nothing wrong with wanting to feel and look our best postpartum 3️⃣ Mama to Mamacita: it doesn’t do anyone any good always putting ourselves last mamas. We show up best for them when we are our best self. I didn’t always want to I didn’t always feel like it Sometimes it looked like: 1️⃣ waking up at 4 am before they did to squeeze a little me time in (this is usually what I opt for) 2️⃣ passing them off to dad or another member (don’t be afraid to ask for a little help) 3️⃣ bring them along. A high chair and a 5 course meal does wonders and they love to watch! I’ve got you covered on the workout part mama!
