I’m shocked Ulta didn’t require an ID. I bank my points and get myself expensive perfumes for my birthday every year and they always always check my ID before I redeem all those points!

My ulta account that I had since I was 15 with a ton of points also got hacked. I had even just added a gift card. They changed all of my info as well & ulta customer support told me they couldn’t recover it & I would just have to make a new account. So glad you got yours back!!

This happened to me 2 years ago and it was such a hassle but I got my points back. Have never trusted their app since this. Someone redeemed hundreds of dollars worth of points and they refused to cancel their order so they still received the products.

My ulta account has been hacked numerous times which has also led to me getting new debit cards numerous times and customer service wasn’t super helpful when I called about these instances so now I’m not able to place online orders bc my account won’t let me anymore 😅

This happened to me too!! Except they charged my credit card, $500 plus dollars worth on expensive perfume and cologne. It went to an apartment in New York too!

This happened to me!! They shipped themselves a jumbo shampoo and a nyx lip liner and used my $50 in points 🫠 they weren’t smart enough to change the email so I got a shipping notification otherwise I wouldn’t have even noticed!!

Happened to me too! But I caught them early trying to use my points and contacted Ulta and they gave me my points back but didn’t cancel their order so the hackers still got their free cologne 🤷🏻♀️

My account has been hacked and my points have been stolen 4 different times. The most recent being yesterday when they spent $350 of my points…half way across the country. Still waiting for my points to be replenished, but after that I’m done with Ulta. Only one time has it been online, every other time has been in store, so even the 2 factor identification isn’t going to save them.

Same happened to me, but they placed an order and I was able to find the store to cancel them picking it up! I was saving my points for something big and decided to use them on smaller items.
