I water fasted for 30-40 days intentionally/unintenionaly (longer story). I lost 60 lbs and went from 5'11" 195 lbs (healthy weight) to 138 lbs. (could have been lower. I weighed myself late). I was on deaths door. I seeked God face. Jesus came and saved my life. (whole nother story how). I believed all other faiths were possible prior to this. I now know for a fact, they are not. Jesus is real. He is alive. God bless everyone.
