Assuming the medication prescribed to you. The bottle is dated 4/25 and says 30 pills take one a day and your paperwork says no refills. Why do you still have pills in July? Sounds like you are not taking it as prescribed in which case they have every right to arrest you if you are in probation.

She got arrested while on probation which is a violation of her probation. There does not need to be a conviction for a judge to decide whether or not to send her to jail. An arrest alone is sufficient especially if she did not immediately notify her probation officer. (Don’t know if she did or didn’t) but, yes you can be arrested DUI for ANY med even if prescribed if the officer feels you are impaired. So she’s not going to jail for taking the med, she going to jail for violating her probation, period.

If you are on probation and it was a stipulation of your probation to not take stimulants then that’s why. And when you are on probation they can stop you and search you at anytime.

yes it is illegal to take them without a prescription, but if the doctor prescribed them you can get a letter from your doctor for those charges.
