If a patient shows up more than 25 minutes late to their appointment, I don’t ask my provider if they’ll still see them, I tell the patient they have to reschedule. These providers are ALWAYS behind and say “yeah we have time” no we don’t, you’re an hour behind and I want to go HOME!!
