I’m a professional singer (I had a hard time to sing due to inflamed vocal cords), I had sinus problems, had to take all kinds of medications.. didn’t work, then I did that, and keep doing it, gone.. that’s it.

I was told by doc & chemists about saline rinses, we’ll all they did was dry my nasal passages out so much I ended up on medication cos it was so painful, r u saying real salt or saline? Thought it was meant to be the same thing

Can you show us how it’s done? And what happens after those 2 weeks? Should one continue doing it on a regular basis?

Can you tell us how to do it? I would assume you mean a table spoon of salt in water and swish around?

Can you confirm for me whether you're using terrible table salt or if you're using actual good grade sea salt for this because I imagine there's a difference you can't be doing this with normal iodized dextrose table salt

Remind ppl that it could be silent acid reflux. l am going on 7 weeks of post nasal drip to the maximum. Nothing prescription or OTC worked until l used acid controller and my humidifier at night

I have a NeilMed sinus rinse bottle that I use daily but I dont feel like its getting right up in there. Nothing other than water comes out yet I still feel stuffy. Is there a certain way to hold my head that opens the sinuses?

Didn’t help for me, even tried ENT capsules for 2 months in the rinse (antibiotic and steroid). Just tested positive for MRSE staph 🫠
