I’m a professional singer (I had a hard time to sing due to inflamed vocal cords), I had sinus problems, had to take all kinds of medications.. didn’t work, then I did that, and keep doing it, gone.. that’s it.

I was told by doc & chemists about saline rinses, we’ll all they did was dry my nasal passages out so much I ended up on medication cos it was so painful, r u saying real salt or saline? Thought it was meant to be the same thing

Can you confirm for me whether you're using terrible table salt or if you're using actual good grade sea salt for this because I imagine there's a difference you can't be doing this with normal iodized dextrose table salt

Didn’t help for me, even tried ENT capsules for 2 months in the rinse (antibiotic and steroid). Just tested positive for MRSE staph 🫠
