I haven't been on a date in a very long time... but just leave. Preferably not with an excuse or fake out but just a simple, "Hey, not feeling this." At least that would work for me. From what I hear, a lot of other guys will probably be upset about that but if you wait around and don't make it known you aren't interested, they will likely expect something else... for whatever reason and then be upset at that time.

i think it would probably be best to interrupt the date in the middle once you hate it and tell the other it's not going well. split the check and split ways

both ways are acceptable but the only thing is you never know what the other person is thinking they're thinking that it went better than than it actually did because you stayed then ghosted them afterwards basically

I don't know, like how long are you really spending for that one date. I've never not seen one through. I guess maybe if it's going absolutely horrible. I'm pretty sure though people are way too fast to give up.

if its not going well, just say it. you're not a couple and you dont have to worry about feelings once you've parted ways, just offer to settle whatever the bill is and part ways. If they're truly horrible, just pay for what you had and leave

but if you just get up and go they'll think that they'll actually put a little bit together today weren't really an answer if you weren't really interested but then they're going a lot of them will self start self-sabotaging and all that good fun stuff just after whatever and a lot of them don't even realize they're doing it but a handful of them do realize but whichever you decide to do basically at the end of the day it's truly up to you
