Ask her what can she do at your house, she can't do where she lives? It's been my experience that tidying up the room is something everyone has to do for someone in a facilities. She may have some cognitive abilities still. but lower your expectations. Go with what you get each time. Some visits may need to be shorter for your own mental health. You're a good daughter. Don't ever doubt that!!

doesn't the home do their laundry? My brother's and I visit our mum at 11am on a Sunday .. so when the lunch trolley arrives, we leave. 😁
