✨Episode 2 of my Chicken Cutlet Series ✨ yepppp I’m back with another chicken cutlet recipe for y’all, since you loved the one I shared last week so much 🥰 this one is so good. I hope y’all enjoy! *more coming real soon, so stay tuned 😉  ✨Caprese Chicken Cutlet ✨ For 2 servings:  ✨Chicken cutlet: * 1 chicken breast, cut in half * 1 egg * 2-4 tbsp Flour * 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs, mixed with spices * 1/4 tsp salt added to bread crumbs and 1/4 tsp salt mixed into flour. * **You can also do 1/4 cup breadcrumbs and 1/4 cup parmesan instead of 1/2 cup breadcrumbs if you prefer!* ✨For the chicken: - Coat chicken in flour. Tap excess off. - Coat chicken in egg. Tap excess off.  - Coat chicken in bread crumbs. - Spray the inside of your air fryer with oil and place chicken evenly. - Air fry at 400 for 10-12 minutes. Or until 165 internal temp is reached. *Please check, everyone’s air fryer cooks differently! *How flat you got your chicken breast/ size also will also affect and alter cook times, please keep in mind. - Mix together chopped tomatoes and fresh mozzarella with a little olive oil, fresh or dried basil, black pepper and salt. - I added tomato and mozzarella mixture, arugula and balsamic glaze on top. - I mixed together a bit of pesto with honey to drizzle on top as well. That’s optional. *Notes* For the chicken- Start out with 2 tbsp of flour and go from there. You may need more depending on the size of your chicken breast. *Amount of breadcrumbs may vary depending on the size of your chicken breast. Set some extra aside in case you need more. *I added a pinch of oregano, paprika and garlic powder to flour and to bread crumbs.  *example: one of the halves of chicken breast I made took 10 minutes , one took 12. The thickness of each varies. So please check internal temp! #weeknightdinner #chickencutlets
