There was a town in Kansas that was a black community as well. It was supposed to be on the track of the railroads. But when the builders got wind of the town they made plans to build around the town so they wouldn’t get any business or trade. I’m unsure if anyone still lives there.. there were 3 residents last I saw back in 2019

Amber valley in Alberta Canada settled by black farmers who left the US, they flourished until systematically the KKK (still incorporated till 2004 in Alberta) terrorized them until they died or were driven out, and our history never talks about it.

I graduated HS in 2003 in Antlers, OK. In order to graduate HS in Oklahoma, one is required to take Oklahoma History. You know what was NOT included in Oklahoma History class? The Tulsa Massacre. I didn't learn about it until at least 10 years later.

I had a coworker tell me slavery ended 150 years ago, black ppl have had plenty of time to build wealth & did I really think it was racism which has stopped them? Greenwood & Oscarville were the examples I gave them. It’s crazy how few ppl know how many, & how recently, black towns have been destroyed for being prosperous.

The 2 best comments I've seen concerning this topic. 1. They blue eyed residents will start a conflict with the brown eyed residents and then the brown hairs will start with the blondes because they thrive on conflict and without black, brown, gay people they will have no choice but to turn on each other. 2.
