I took a shirt and a pair of shorts back that looked like it had been bleached and they refused them saying they were stained. I stood there and did a return on the app and got the refund and kept the clothes.

If this is their policy then they need to make sure all the store understand it and know how to deal with it. It’s a great policy and has customers coming back! Ppl who don’t like it, don’t buy that brand! This is smart in any economy

I understand returning something that has a defect. Like holes, seams unraveling … but returning clothes because a child outgrow it is taking advantage.

Honestly, MOST of these stores won't do this, so take advantage of any savings you can get! Seriously, that's two packs of diapers or baby food or anything. Baby, this ain't poor people activities, this is just being smart
