It’s not a Jamaican accent is patwa or patois but in the Canadian way, Canadian people have an accent that is a mix between French and Caribbean, I think that’s why Caribbean people are calling and Canadians are saying this is just how we talk.

But it’s authentic tho lol. They not trying to sound Jamaican they trying to sound like that. I thought drake was faking it until I heard a Canadian battle rapper then I realized they really speak like that as their own lingo.
