Yeah same 🙄 but because i don’t eat all day and im hungry at night and im afraid to gain weight I dont eat anymore at night and drink a gallon of wather and i wake up hungry as a bear after winter sleep. I know its not good but what can i dooo?

I do it every day mate. Try Put myself into a routine, then get bored and end up just binge eating at night all over again. I do 2 months of gym, eating alright then just get bored.

Pray for us mums and dad, child won’t eat all day because he’s not hungry and then boom 11pm wants a meal cooked for him because he’s starving because he forgot to eat all day 🤣🙏 or you wake up and he’s cheffing up early hours in the morning 😩
