Explanation:this is the real story but in the game they changed the detail. -This started in 1997, there was a mother and her 4 kids. They were flying above the Amazon rainforest but then suddenly the plane crashed,leaving the pilot dead and the mother survived with her 4 kids. After setting their tents, the mother sadly passed away,. The 4 kids was left to survived but some scientists took the mother's body and made it into a deer who were walking in 2 legs. As you seen in the cut scene, she was reaching her hand towards the campfire. Trying to reach for her children

she probably traumatized from her mother since she was on a experiment if you see a one of a cultist building and inside theres a lay down for a size of human or a deer (probably not a kid) and the mother was probably experimented by the cultists and turned into a deer and if you get to day 99 you'll get a cutscene of the deer trying to something it's trying to reach they're kids probably (I don't know this is just my thoughts and opinion about it) and the kids get more traumatized the dino kid is probably the least traumatized since he feels like the youngest and didn't experience anything the kraken kid is ok but not traumatized and the squid kid is a bit traumatized since it's probably older than most of them and I have a cool theory about it the kids that always have bears as the door protector is traumatized since I think they're the oldest and koala kid it already has a problem it's on the level 6 also the most farest area from campfire it makes sense of getting traumatized since getting lost so far away and not having any parents will be a huge trauma and you can see how traumatized and scared she is and the level 6 area is way more darker, more dangerous I can see it being kinda traumatized by that

Koala kid saw darker things because she was further in the forest and it’s harder. For us to get her she also got her eyes ripped out so she was the most traumatized one
