This sounds good in theory but they don’t understand how hard these interviews for juniors are about to become. I doubt it’s going to answering a leetcode question with AI.

A weak coder can fake it with AI. a strong coder does not require AI and with certainty the strong coder can properly use AI as an effective tool. I do not see the benefit, hiring coders without evaluating their competency

I have a feeling that this is either going to make the interview question way harder to filter out clueless vibe coders that dont know anything about how computers work. Or its going to be in 2 parts, an non ai one and an ai one designed around the usage of ai assistant.
