My husband and I have only ever been to our home church in GA before we moved to Maryland and because of his beard they assumed he didnt have the Holy Ghost and one lady asked me if I wanted it. Ma'am all due respect I have had the Holy Ghost probably longer than you 😩 he still has only exposed his tattoos to a couple close friends we've developed. Apostolics as an Apostolics are missing it

As time goes on, we will see more folks with tattoos and such. It's just not realizing how culture has changed with all the outward stuff. Now if folks are praying for your father to come in and you're literally there with him 🤣 I'm sorry that's just silliness and they need to stop it. The Bible says we have to suffer fools sometimes. And sometimes I'm the fool lol. But I'm glad you've been able to respond in love.

You do not need to cover up your tattoos!!! Honey that is a part of you. That becomes your testimony. Your piercings, those holes are a part of you. Girl testimony, testimony testimony!!! Do not cover up where you’ve come from!! One of our ministers and one of our lead singers both have tattoos. And every time I see them on them, I think what a victory what a beauty God is placed in their lives. It’s your testimony.

The key word here is had... you have a past it is a testimony of just how far Jesus has brought you. It doesn't matter how others view you it matters only how Jesus view you. A precious child who was lost and is now found.

I’ve been raised in this, and it still baffles me how some people act. It’s ridiculous and more like Pharisees than Jesus. SMH… I guess I should be thankful to be raised in a non judgmental church 🤷🏼♀️
