It’s ironic bc most Onepiece fans who think luffy wins just don’t know how to actually powerscale. Naruto fans simply use ap scaling which gets him around solar system tiers, the fact that you assume anyone uses “destructive power” kinda proves my point. “Destructive power” doesn’t scale your ap. When ppl say Naruto outscales, it’s usually bc of feats like otsutsuki creating something relative to his scale.
