NO!!! I’m tired of bridging! 😭😭😭 I was really hoping you’d say something else. All I ever do is bridge. I’ve been bridging in PT since 2017. And every few months when I go back to PT, my PT is like, ‘have you ever done bridging?’ Yes. Yes, I have. But, I have dystonia in my feet and legs. So, bridging triggers my dystonia, which causes me to be noncompliant… 💔

Yep I have eds and when I was little I basically got kicked out of dance class cause I was so stiff, that’s one of the reasons it took so long to find my eds cause in my medical chart it said I was abnormally stiff so they thought there was no way I was hypermobile
