I think honestly he just needs to step back from something, wether that be his YouTube vids, the iron lung, or the podcast. He has to take a break for something because he’s overworking himself and his content is suffering because of it.

I think ai is genuinely addictive. you use it once because you're really struggling with something and then that lifts all the stress that you had in a a moment. then that opens up being able to just use ai for things. and before you know it you lose your ability to think these things up on your own and its really hard to stop using it. that's part of why it's so dangerous
