Jello fluff! One package of sugar-free Jell-O dissolved i one cup of boiling water, then add a large container of Greek yogurt with a high level of protein, mix until Inc., then you can add fruit if you want. Put in the fridge to set for about an hour.

Add granola to your Greek yogurt if you aren’t. I also just started making overnight oats with high protein oats, super good depending if you can handle the texture! Protein pancakes for dinner, or breakfast tacos!
